- Execute data analytics in support of internal audits and risk assessments.
- Apply analytic approaches to identify anomalies, outliers, emerging trends, and operational risks.
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations and present insights to peers and mid-level management.
- Support data extraction, validation, and formatting for testing across diverse systems and environments.
- Document assumptions, methodologies, and validations to support compliance and peer review.
- Build knowledge in designing advanced data visualizations to enhance audit reporting.
- Assist in developing recurring reporting and automation solutions using tools such as SQL or SAS.
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, finance, statistics, mathematics, economics, or related field (4 years of experience may substitute for degree).
- 2+ years of data analytics experience, including use of visualization tools.
- 1+ year experience applying analytics in an audit, risk, or compliance environment.
- 1+ year SQL or SAS programming experience.
- Strong ability to communicate data insights to peers and business stakeholders.
- Experience in business reporting, dashboard development, and operational reporting.
- Background in data processing, database programming, and analytics solution design.
