
Bottomline is seeking a Paymode Data Analyst to join its Paymode Revenue Operations Team—a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative group. This position can be remote (Continental U.S., preferably Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zones) or hybrid out of the Portsmouth, NH office.
As a Paymode Data Analyst, you will play a key role in building scalable processes, dashboards, and analytics that drive sales effectiveness, operational excellence, and leadership decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage Power BI analytical tools to track payments and spend flows across 600+ payers and 20,000+ vendors.
Design analytics playbooks, processes, and enablement materials to improve account management and vendor sales effectiveness.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Vendor Sales to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
Develop Power BI user-friendly UIs for both client-facing and internal reporting.
Maintain and support critical Paymode dashboards, ensuring accuracy, documentation, and user training.
Establish new Power BI toolkits to enable leadership to effectively manage growth initiatives.
Proactively identify client and portfolio analytics to improve sales efficiency and outcomes.
Provide leadership with operational performance analytics, including pipeline management, connectivity, and revenue velocity.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years in an analyst role.
Advanced skills in SQL (or ability to learn quickly).
Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and data visualizations.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office expertise.
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar ERP/CRM platforms.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in evolving environments while managing multiple priorities.
Experience creating documentation, training materials, and leading presentations.
