- Build & Maintain Data Infrastructure: Design and implement ETL pipelines, select and manage data storage solutions, and optimize databases for performance and scalability.
- Ensure Data Quality: Perform data cleansing, validation, and integration across multiple sources while ensuring data security and compliance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver usable, high-quality data solutions.
- Analysis & Tools: Develop tools and dashboards for data exploration, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot pipeline issues.
- Risk & Compliance: Manage data risk in alignment with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience in data engineering or related fields.
- Strong skills in ETL/ELT processes, database structures, and data architecture.
- Knowledge of big data tools, BI platforms, and data analytics.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: Experience in machine learning, data science, and competitive analytics.
