What You’ll Get to Do
- Analyze datasets from retail energy providers, including customer usage, pricing, transactions, and invoices.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Write advanced SQL queries for complex data extraction and analysis.
- Identify anomalies, data quality issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with consultants and clients to define KPIs and deliver insights.
- Support predictive modeling and forecasting with statistical/machine learning techniques.
- Stay updated on retail energy regulations, competitive dynamics, and trends.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and quality across the analytics lifecycle.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of data analytics experience, including retail energy (required).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Knowledge of retail energy markets: customer acquisition, retention, pricing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving ability and strong analytical mindset.
- Previous consulting experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
