- Own, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines across multiple cloud data sources.
- Develop expertise in Figma’s core data models and optimize them for scale.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Infrastructure to build trusted, foundational data sets.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and design datasets.
- Document and simplify complex data challenges for diverse audiences.
- Establish best practices for specialized analytics and modeling datasets.
- 4+ years of relevant data engineering experience.
- Fluency with SQL and Python.
- Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, and ETL tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Self-starting mindset with proven collaboration abilities.
Preferred
- Knowledge of data modeling methodologies and robust architectures.
- Experience with Salesforce, Stripe, NetSuite, and similar business systems.
