
Infosys is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to contribute across the business consulting lifecycle. This role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting functional specifications, supporting testing activities, and bridging communication between business and technical teams. You will collaborate with global delivery teams and help ensure business objectives are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Create requirement documents, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Support functional and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams for timely delivery.
- Facilitate client demos and collect feedback.
- Assist in issue tracking, progress monitoring, and post-deployment activities.
- Support business process modeling and solution design validation.
Qualifications
Basic:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or consulting.
Preferred:
- Experience in life insurance and annuity platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write SQL queries and perform requirement gap analysis.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office tools.
- LOMA certification (ALMI/FLMI) preferred.
