Position Summary
- Support execution of Annual and Quarterly Analytics plan to enable HR strategy and action plans.
- Provide consistent tracking and analysis of workforce performance metrics.
- Integrate business performance and market forecasting into workforce planning.
- Deliver regular reports and dashboards (succession planning, L&D, workforce trends, talent reviews).
- Analyze turnover, retention, and HR program impacts across the employee life cycle.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and stakeholders to improve HR processes.
- Synthesize insights into data visualizations for business leaders.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Economics, Business, HR, or related field with 2+ years of experience, OR Master’s with 1 year experience.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capabilities.
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of Python, R, SQL, or Alteryx.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and workforce data analysis.
- Excellent communication and ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in non-HR functions is a plus.
- Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and risk management.
- Ability to design ad-hoc reports and transform into actionable insights.
