Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis to make business recommendations (cost-benefit, forecasting, impact analysis, etc.).
  • Ensure data accuracy and cleansing for publicly used elements.
  • Develop and manage processes, standards, and data quality to support enterprise-wide use.
  • Present findings and recommendations through reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Develop, automate, and prototype dashboards and reports to provide insights at scale.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Enable self-service reporting and train business units on BI tools.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or completion within 9 months).
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (R, SAS, SPSS, MATLAB, etc.).
  • Experience with SQL, relational databases (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft), and ETL design.
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Lumira, Webi, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills for presenting technical data to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Experience in cross-functional, interdisciplinary fields.
  • Utility or customer-oriented industry experience.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
