Your Mission

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders across PUMA North America to align on processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Work with IT functions including Business Analysts, Programming, Infrastructure, and Application Support.
  • Partner with developers, product managers, and strategic partners to understand requirements and provide QA feedback.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and cases based on system requirements.
  • Plan and conduct SIT, UAT, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
  • Coordinate regression testing and validate defect resolutions.
  • Track and document software defects using bug tracking tools.
  • Create and run automated test scripts with tools such as PractiTest or UIPath.
  • Analyze test results and prepare reports on system performance and software quality.
  • Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., PractiTest, UIPath).
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, QA methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power BI, and SQL preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.
  • Detail-oriented, self-organized, and focused on delivering quality results.
  • Travel may be required depending on project needs.
