Your Mission
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across PUMA North America to align on processes, systems, and technologies.
- Work with IT functions including Business Analysts, Programming, Infrastructure, and Application Support.
- Partner with developers, product managers, and strategic partners to understand requirements and provide QA feedback.
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and cases based on system requirements.
- Plan and conduct SIT, UAT, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
- Coordinate regression testing and validate defect resolutions.
- Track and document software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Create and run automated test scripts with tools such as PractiTest or UIPath.
- Analyze test results and prepare reports on system performance and software quality.
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
Your Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., PractiTest, UIPath).
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, QA methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power BI, and SQL preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.
- Detail-oriented, self-organized, and focused on delivering quality results.
- Travel may be required depending on project needs.
