Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Write advanced SQL and PL/SQL queries for data manipulation, validation, and reporting.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines using Python and related libraries.
- Leverage Big Data platforms such as Hadoop, Hive, or Snowflake for storage and processing.
- Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in real time.
- Maintain detailed documentation of ETL workflows and data architecture.
- Stay current with emerging trends and tools in data engineering and analytics.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience delivering data-intensive solutions in agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL-based data transformation.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Apache Spark, Talend).
- Experience in Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, or Snowflake.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and Oracle databases.
- Proficiency in Python or Scala for data engineering tasks.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, automated quality checks).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
