The Opportunity

  • Ship code in week one; deliver impactful features within months.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Full-Stack development experience.
  • Strong CS fundamentals (algorithms, data structures).
  • Hands-on with modern web client development & testing.
  • Experience building, deploying, and debugging production systems at scale.
  • Infrastructure curiosity; ready to dive into IaC and platform challenges.
  • Quality-driven with a passion for user experience.
  • Independent, proactive, collaborative; excels in fast-paced environments.
  • Values aligned with EAGER (ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, remarkable) and MOVE principles.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Zone 1 base range (US): $180,000 – $264,000/year (USD). Base varies by location and experience.
