The Opportunity
- Ship code in week one; deliver impactful features within months.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of Full-Stack development experience.
- Strong CS fundamentals (algorithms, data structures).
- Hands-on with modern web client development & testing.
- Experience building, deploying, and debugging production systems at scale.
- Infrastructure curiosity; ready to dive into IaC and platform challenges.
- Quality-driven with a passion for user experience.
- Independent, proactive, collaborative; excels in fast-paced environments.

Compensation & Benefits
- Zone 1 base range (US): $180,000 – $264,000/year (USD). Base varies by location and experience.
