Key Responsibilities
- Analyze Life & Annuities datasets to reveal trends that influence business decisions.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries/scripts across Cloud SQL, MS SQL Server, and PL/SQL.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical deliverables.
- Implement data validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Create dashboards and comprehensive reports to communicate insights and recommendations.
- Optimize data processes and workflows to reduce redundancy and improve efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.
- Conduct data audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Support data governance policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Plan and execute data tasks to meet project timelines with high quality.
- Apply advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Leverage insights to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Cloud SQL, MS SQL Server, and PL/SQL.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Effective in a hybrid environment; able to balance onsite and remote work.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new data technologies and methods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline.
