Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate quarterly reporting packages using portfolio and market updates from various teams.
  • Collect, validate, and aggregate data for client reporting, including performance attribution, AUM, and flows.
  • Manage custom client requests and regulatory reporting submissions.
  • Prepare materials for quarterly fund webcasts.
  • Refresh marketing content, submit compliance approvals, and maintain proposal response libraries.
  • Assist with RFP responses, client due-diligence requests, and industry surveys.
  • Update strategy performance and track records quarterly.
  • Support automation and process re-engineering projects for client service activities.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with VBA or Python is a plus.
  • 0–3 years of experience for analyst level; 3+ years for associate level in financial services or asset management.

Salary & Benefits (Atlanta, GA)

  • Salary range: $71,250 – $90,000 annually.
