What You’ll Do
- Partner with teams across Stripe to provide data insights that inform decisions.
- Translate business needs into data problems and build appropriate solutions.
- Design metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor and run the business.
- Build scalable data pipelines and models to support strategic initiatives.
- Communicate results effectively to stakeholders through data storytelling.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2–8+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Engineering, or Data Science.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Strong statistical knowledge and data visualization skills.
- Experience analyzing large datasets to solve business problems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience at a growth-stage internet or software company.
- Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, and distributed data processing frameworks.
