Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document system requirements.
- Develop and maintain functional and logical architecture models.
- Support physical design activities and create detailed design specifications.
- Facilitate modeling and simulation tools usage for system performance analysis.
- Contribute to verification and validation processes ensuring requirements compliance.
- Promote model-based development practices and digital engineering adoption.
- Analyze program interdependencies and assess impact on cost, schedule, and performance.
- Prepare and deliver briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance, track metrics, and identify improvement opportunities.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- 2+ years of related systems engineering experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical issues.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
Preferred Qualifications
- Active security clearance.
- Experience in military or commercial aircraft design/analysis.
- Knowledge of deriving and allocating system and software requirements.
- Experience working across multiple business units or complex organizations.
- Strong communication skills with senior leadership and customers.
