Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document system requirements.
  • Develop and maintain functional and logical architecture models.
  • Support physical design activities and create detailed design specifications.
  • Facilitate modeling and simulation tools usage for system performance analysis.
  • Contribute to verification and validation processes ensuring requirements compliance.
  • Promote model-based development practices and digital engineering adoption.
  • Analyze program interdependencies and assess impact on cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor team performance, track metrics, and identify improvement opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • 2+ years of related systems engineering experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical issues.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active security clearance.
  • Experience in military or commercial aircraft design/analysis.
  • Knowledge of deriving and allocating system and software requirements.
  • Experience working across multiple business units or complex organizations.
  • Strong communication skills with senior leadership and customers.
