This role ensures the accuracy of internal and external reports, provides actionable insights, and supports strategic decision-making. The Data Analyst will also prepare ad-hoc reports, performance dashboards, and benchmarking analyses.

Key Responsibilities
- Organize data from multiple sources into centralized reports and dashboards.
- Conduct complex data analytics to generate actionable insights.
- Monitor data to ensure department objectives are being met.
- Develop and update performance packages for department leaders.
- Produce ad-hoc reports for practice leaders based on schedule changes.
- Validate externally reported data against internal sources.
- Collaborate with various departments to obtain and verify data accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in healthcare practice operations or decision support.
- Strong understanding of data collection methodologies and analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
- Experience in a large academic medical center or similar environment.
