Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native data solutions across ingestion, storage, processing, and consumption layers
- Lead and mentor teams of data analysts and engineers
- Develop AI/ML tools for analysis, automation, and operations efficiency
- Design and automate dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau, Qlik, Power BI
- Collaborate with operations teams to optimize data usage, quality, and compliance
- Maintain and evolve data dictionaries, catalogs, and metadata frameworks
- Integrate APIs, cloud data tools (AWS-S3, Snowflake, Databricks), and machine learning models
- Use Python, SQL, ETL tools, and RPA (UiPath) to structure, validate, and automate large datasets
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in IT, Math, Engineering, or related field + 5 years experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree + 7 years in data roles like Data Scientist, Business Intelligence Analyst
- Expertise in SQL (CTE, Dynamic SQL, Window Functions, Stored Procedures)
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, Power BI
- Experience with AWS-S3, Snowflake, Databricks, and API integrations
- Hands-on RPA automation experience (e.g., UiPath)
- Experience deploying ML/NLP models using TensorFlow, Keras, SciKit-learn, or similar
- Strong leadership and agile project management capabilities
