What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, implement and document full-stack solutions in the Indirect Procurement space.
- Contribute to POCs and strategic technical initiatives.
- Coordinate with functional teams to align technical solutions to business needs.
- Follow Agile best practices and deliver on QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery) goals.
- Collaborate across disciplines and drive innovation with hacks and patent work.
- Support production systems and handle new development work in parallel.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years in software/performance engineering for large-scale systems, preferably e-commerce or retail.
- Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, React, Node.js.
- Expertise in performance tools: Apache JMeter, Gatling, Locust, Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace.
- Strong knowledge of debugging and monitoring cloud platforms, Kubernetes environments.
- Experience with relational/NoSQL databases and caching strategies.
- Solid DevOps and Linux-based troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with ML/AI is a plus.
- Bachelor’s in CS, CE, CIS, or related field preferred.
