T-Mobile is hiring a Software Engineer to build innovative, cloud-native applications that drive the Un-carrier experience. This hybrid role in Seattle requires close collaboration with engineers and architects to design scalable microservices, APIs, and front-end components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable applications using microservices and modern web frameworks.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Translate user requirements into technical solutions and architectural components.
  • Mentor associate engineers and occasionally lead smaller technical tasks.
  • Conduct code reviews, write documentation, and contribute to continuous integration efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of software development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience in frontend development (Angular, React, Node.js).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong communication and technical writing abilities.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

  • Adobe AEM or GraphQL experience.
  • Experience with SDN/NFV or big data platforms.
  • Certifications: CKAD, AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate.
