- Salary Range: $99,000 – $124,200 per year (plus potential equity)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (product, engineering, analytics, operations).
- Build and maintain infrastructure for driver earnings-related systems and tools.
- Design and analyze experiments to guide product decisions.
- Work on tooling for easy management of driver pay configurations.
- Ensure earnings data is accessible and consistent across Lyft systems.
Experience & Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (advanced degree preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and handling large-scale datasets.
- Experience with Python, Golang, or similar object-oriented programming languages.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
