Freddie Mac’s Single-Family division is seeking data-driven, creative individuals for its Analyst Cohort Program. This university hiring opportunity includes continuous training, mentorship, and hands-on experience contributing to the future of homeownership and affordable housing in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product owners to scope and plan data and operational changes.
  • Write and document clear, actionable user stories based on discussions and meetings.
  • Conduct impact analysis, user acceptance testing (UAT), and data lineage reviews.
  • Support day-to-day operations and ongoing projects.
  • Create process flows and identify data dependencies for analysis.
  • Work with stakeholders and IT partners to address and resolve production issues.
  • Assist in business reporting, monthly metric generation, and risk monitoring.
  • Monitor and execute key business processes to ensure data completeness and accuracy.

Basic Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.
  • Interest in the intersection of data, business strategy, and financial services.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with data modeling, process flows, or structured rules modeling.
  • Experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
