Designs, builds, and deploys data-driven solutions that enable advanced analytics, automation, and process optimization for Texas Instruments’ Quality and Manufacturing organizations. Partners closely with TI quality engineers, factory teams, and business stakeholders to develop and operationalize data systems that drive improvements in product quality and customer satisfaction.
Establishes scalable data flows, architectures, and software components to ingest, process, and manage structured and unstructured data across internal systems. Writes robust, maintainable Python code to build reusable libraries, APIs, and tools that support automation and insight generation. Applies artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to support root cause analysis, predictive modeling, and smart data access.
Implements best practices for data quality, integrity, and governance, ensuring compatibility and operability across TI’s infrastructure. Continuously evaluates and enhances data systems and business processes based on evolving technical requirements and user feedback.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3 years of relevant experience in data engineering, software development, or business process automation
- Proficiency in Python scripting and reusable function/library development
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Experience developing tools for automation, analytics, or workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience with semiconductor quality/manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of ML, AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines
- Experience with tools like Streamlit or Power BI
- Understanding of data architecture, ETL, and data integrity
- Knowledge of TI systems or previous collaboration with TI teams
