Team Overview

The Money Movement and Partnerships team develops the full-stack Transfer product, including payment lifecycle, reconciliation, APIs, and more. This critical role involves collaborating with over 50 payment partners to scale bank payment systems in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable APIs and backend services (70-80% focus)
  • Develop modern frontend components using JavaScript frameworks (20-30%)
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, legal and other stakeholders
  • Own project success, maintain high code quality, and write automated tests
  • Investigate and debug issues, ensuring system reliability

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-stack development experience
  • Proficient in Python, Java, Go, or Node.js
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
  • Knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases
  • Microservices architecture and API design experience
  • Strong testing and debugging skills
  • Customer-first mindset and strong sense of ownership
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with payment systems

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $163,200 – $223,200 annually (based on experience, location, and role scope)
