Key Responsibilities
- Analyze call center and remote service data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Build dashboards for KPIs on service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct root cause analysis on service issues.

- Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis.
- Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
