Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise SEO: crawl optimization, structured data, indexing, and site health
- Analyze web performance and migrate analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio)
- Perform keyword research, AI-driven search strategy, and content gap analysis
- Design dashboards and reports for marketing campaign performance and UX insights
- Ensure digital accessiblity, compliance (HIPAA, ADA), and privacy standards
- Partner across content, UX, development, CRM/CDP teams to implement tracking
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, CS, or related field
- 2+ years of SEO execution in large, content-rich environments
- 2+ years of web analytics experience with tools like GA4 and SEMrush
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, ScreamingFrog, Tag Manager, Looker Studio
- Strong data visualization and insight communication skills
- Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, ADA, E-A-T)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or higher education
- Knowledge of CMS platforms like Drupal, Sitecore, AEM
- Familiarity with CRM/CDP systems and reputation management tools
- Experience in A/B testing, personalization strategies, privacy-focused analytics
