Key Responsibilities
- Gather and interpret data to meet business requirements
- Define scope, document requirements, and partner with dev/data teams
- Create and implement data models for analytics and reporting
- Lead stakeholder feedback sessions and act as liaison
- Conduct user acceptance testing and support deployments
- Deliver regular/ad‑hoc insights to leadership
- Use BI tools for dashboards and data visualization storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience
- Experience with data manipulation, profiling, modeling, and SQL
- Proficient in BI tools like PowerBI or Tableau; Excel and SQL required
- Understanding of relational databases and concepts
- Experience with graph databases and Azure/AWS is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile development preferred
Desirable Skills
- Experience in consumer, hospitality, or cruise industries
- Strong communication, collaboration, and technical depth
- Ability to adapt in an agile, fast-paced environment
