What You’ll Do:

  • Design and develop optimal data pipelines for ETL using SQL, Python, and AWS big data services
  • Integrate data from diverse sources and curate datasets for analytics, reporting, and ML use cases
  • Implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across large datasets
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and BI engineers on cross-functional projects
  • Monitor, debug, and optimize data workflows and infrastructure

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of professional data engineering experience
  • Proficiency with SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, KornShell)
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL pipelines, and warehouse systems
  • Familiarity with query languages such as HiveQL, PL/SQL, SparkSQL
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS services: Redshift, S3, Glue, Kinesis, Firehose, EMR, Lambda
  • Hands-on with Hadoop, Spark, Hive, or other big data tools
  • Knowledge of IAM, data governance, and secure infrastructure design
  • Background in vehicle data, IoT, or mobility systems is a plus
