Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable tools, metrics, and dashboards to support the Optimus robotics platform.
- Develop highly reliable, secure backend services and web-based tools for data visualization, labeling, real-time control, and evaluations.
- Integrate seamlessly with front-end systems and collaborate with AI researchers to enhance productivity.
- Own projects from ideation to deployment, driving technical vision and execution.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong experience in backend development and building production-grade internal tools.
- Proven ability to take ownership of large features and solve cross-functional challenges independently.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language for data engineering (e.g., Python, Scala).
- Familiarity with scientific computing libraries like NumPy and Pandas is a plus.
- Experience leveraging modern AI coding tools and best practices.
Tesla Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $132,000 – $330,000 per year (based on experience and location).
